Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Window Film Installer to join our team in Charlottesville. This role involves installing a variety of films – including solar control, security, decorative, and custom print – with precision and professionalism. Our projects are performed exclusively on flat-glass interior and exterior surfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Install window films on residential and commercial project.
- Prepare glass surfaces for optimal film application.
- Ensure clean, accurate, and professional installations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Maintain equipment and tools, and operate in a safe and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years of professional window film installation experience.
- Professional experience in glass installation, finish carpentry, and tile installation may be a consideration.
- Proficient with film cutting and application techniques.
- Knowledge of solar, decorative, and safety/security films.
- Have an attention to details, can work independently and as part of a team.
- Must consent to and pass background and drug testing
- Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
