Administrative Assistant Description
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks that impact customers, co-workers, and suppliers. The individual fulfilling this role, reports directly to the President of Clear View, and must be very efficient and organized, detailed oriented, and have great time-management and communication skills. The Administrative Assistant typically works in the office, with most work performed during normal workdays (M-F), with potentially some after-hour or weekend work when warranted.
Education, Experience, Salary and Benefits
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, a high school diploma is required.
- Minimum of 2-years of relevant experience
- Annual salary range: $20.00 per/hr.

- Ability to effectively create and amend company policies and procedures related to changing business, human resource, and regulatory related needs and requirements.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in using and maintaining online social media and business platforms.
Role and Responsibilities
- Efficient operations of the ‘Office’.
- Ensure the office effectively supports Clear View business practices, personnel, and stakeholders (customers, vendors, suppliers).
- Perform and assist in various assigned Human Resource tasks.
- Perform, maintain, and assist with assigned online marketing communications.
- Provide direct administrative support to Clear View’s President by accepting assigned general administrative tasks.
- Ensures the office represents the image and values of Clear View to everyone.
- Ensure the office effectively supports Clear View business practices, personnel, and stakeholders (customers, vendors, suppliers).
- Directly provide and ensure administrative support of the sales department by:
- Perform and assist in various assigned Sales and Project tasks.
- Respond to and follow-up on designated sales inquiries, whether calls or message (voice or email)
- Scheduling sales consultation.
- Create and amend (update) assigned CRM and Project administration tasks. Including, but not exclusive to:
- CRM Leads and Potentials
- Clear View Estimating App active projects.
- Project Status conversion
- Project specific measurement data
- Project (Zoho) tasks/schedules
- Coordinate with commercial customer Project Manager:
- Obtaining contact information of onsite Superintendents
- Obtaining and scheduling project required safety training requirements.
- Obtaining any/all project access and parking requirements.
- Obtain setup lead-times and dates/times to schedule walk-throughs required for Clear View project scheduling.
- Schedule and coordinate with applicable Clear View suppliers the assigned Clear View project personnel travel and install rental equipment/tools.
- Respond to and follow-up on designated sales inquiries, whether calls or message (voice or email)
- Perform and assist in various assigned Sales and Project tasks.
